These Terms of Service (hereinafter "the Terms") set forth the conditions for using "KeyVoice" (hereinafter "the App"), a voice input application for macOS provided by Tukuru Inc. (hereinafter "we" or "the Company"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of the Service

KeyVoice is a voice input application that runs on macOS. Speech recognition is primarily performed on the user's device (locally). Some speech recognition models may use Apple's servers. For information on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

2. License

• The App is provided under a license type determined by the Company. Currently, we offer a one-time purchase license.
• License purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy. The purchase process and payment are subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
• Each license key permits use on up to 3 devices.
• A free trial period is provided upon initial download. After the trial period ends, a license purchase is required.
• The license grants the user the right to use the App and does not constitute a transfer of ownership.

3. Prohibited Actions

Users shall not engage in any of the following:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Unauthorized sharing, copying, or reselling of license keys
• Modifying the App, creating derivative works, or redistributing it
• Using the App for illegal purposes
• Bypassing or disabling the App's security features

4. Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of speech recognition. Results may vary depending on the model and environment.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of text refined by the AI text formatting feature.
• We shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App's features without prior notice due to maintenance or other reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Company. The license granted under these Terms is solely a right to use the App and does not imply any transfer of intellectual property rights.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms as necessary. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through our website or the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
