KeyVoice licenses are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which serves as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing and refunds.
KeyVoice offers a free trial period. We encourage you to fully evaluate the App before making a purchase.
1. Refunds
Refund requests and processing are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's terms. The eligibility, conditions, and processing time for refunds are determined by Lemon Squeezy.
- To request a refund, please use the link in your purchase confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy, or contact us at info@tukuru-app.com.
- Refund amounts are based on the actual amount paid.
2. License Upon Refund
When a refund is issued, the following actions will be taken:
- The associated license key will be deactivated.
- All devices activated with the license key will be deactivated.
- Upon receiving a refund, you are required to promptly delete the App and all related files from all your devices.
3. Your Statutory Rights
This Policy does not limit any consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
